Terms of Use Agreement

By using the ReSource St. Louis website, the user agrees to the following Terms of Use.

ReSource St. Louis and those involved with the organization including sponsors, partners or other support entities will not be held liable for any representation of information or data on the site.  Furthermore, ReSource St. Louis does not guarantee the accuracy of the material description, quantity or general usability of any items posted on the Materials Exchange.

REGULATIONS FOR ONLINE CONDUCT
The following items are prohibited and may not be posted by any user of the site:

• items that are illegal or that encourage illegal activity
• items containing threatening and/or profane language, symbols and/or images
• items that contain copyrighted material and are unauthorized for use by other parties

At any time, ReSource St. Louis reserves the right to edit, modify and/or refuse any item posting on the Materials Exchange or information submitted to the website.  ReSource St. Louis is not obligated to accept postings nor disclose reasons for refusal; such actions are at the discretion of the ReSource St. Louis board members and site administrators.

Any items that violates the above regulations will be denied approval or if already posted, removed immediately.  Any user who violates the stated regulations and this Terms of Use will receive a single warning from ReSource St. Louis.  Any subsequent violation of the Terms of Use will result in the termination of the user account.  Reinstatement of the user account and associated privileges will be at the sole discretion of the ReSource St. Louis Board.  ReSource St. Louis is not liable for any breach in the Terms of Use and cannot be held to account for any claims and expenses, including legal fees and court costs, related to the user's violation of said terms.

MEMBERSHIP NON-TRANSFERABLE
Each user of the ReSource St. Louis Website and Materials Exchange is required to register and utilize their own account.  At no time may a registered user transfer ownership or usage of their account to another individual.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
The design and functionality of the ReSource St. Louis site may not be copied or reproduced without express written permission from the ReSource St. Louis board.  In addition, images, descriptions and other data related to items posted on the website and Materials Exchange may not be downloaded and reproduced or transferred by any other user, except for the original owner of said item, material or information.  Unauthorized reproduction or transfer is strictly forbidden.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Use of the ReSource St. Louis website and Materials Exchange is entirely at the risk of the user.  ReSource St. Louis does not guarantee the future availability of the website, its information or any items posted on the Materials Exchange.  ReSource St. Louis is not liable for any failure of performance, interruption or delay in service or operation of the site, viruses, theft, unauthorized access, defect or destruction of data. ReSource St. Louis is not liable for the condition of any items offered on the website, including any hazardous state or potential hazardous uses of such materials, nor the physical transfer and condition of items upon arrival at the designated recipient location.
